- Working with local valuers to complete data cleansing of properties ensuring accuracy in data of bedrooms, bathrooms, measurements etc.- Researched and provided sales & leasing evidence.- Scheduling and prioritising a queue of jobs to be allocated to Valuers with the objective of ensuring client service levels are achieved- Scheduling, optimising and dispatching valuation appointments, dispatching valuation appointments- Delivering key business outcomes including Turn Around Times (TAT) and Valuer Utilisation- Managing real time schedule changes, through re-optimising and dispatching schedules- Managing inbound calls and e-mails from Customers, Valuers, banks and other stakeholders with an objective of resolving the reason for the contact
