Kosovo

Ghazni, Afghanistan

• Responsible for overseeing all the office administrative procedures and processes. Major achievements:
• Created and maintained filing systems and databases for more than 300 power generators for 5 military camps;
• Monitored the administrative tasks, on the job training and supervised 2 Administrative Assistants (subordinates);
• Coordinated and scheduled activities for a team of 20 employees (4 Forman’s and 16 Mechanics), ensuring services and maintenance's were provided on a timely basis.

Kosovo

• Interpreting, translating and re-communicating both verbal and written messages and documents, from English to Albanian. Major achievements:
• Translated/edited 300 page military manual “Navigation and Topography” from English to Albanian;
• Interpreted in liaison mode from Albanian to English and vice versa;
• Conducted consecutive and ad hoc interpreting during trainings for more than 400 KSF (Kosovo Security Forces) members;
• Produced initial drafts of translations of official forms and documents of the training materials.

• Conducted on-the-job training to 12 World Child staff to increase performance and efficiency in working with children and youngsters as well as coach them while training Primary School Teachers in Kosovo;
• Conducted 10 training sessions for 150 camp coordinators, Camp Instructors and Youth Leaders in Cyprus. As part of the project, designed the “Creative Activities as tool for Mutual Understanding & Trust” – Drama and.
• Lead four 4 Peace Building Sport Tournaments and 2 Theatre Camps with more than 400 youngsters from different ethnic background.

• Realization of War Child Holland specific project objectives through creative means (music, drama, sports and/or arts). Major achievements:
• Designed and conducted more than 300 psychosocial workshops with around 500 primary school children in the regions of Gjakova, Prizren, Deqan, Malisheva and Rahovec;
• Conducted 6 teachers training for more than 100 primary school teachers with the theme: “Creative Methods as Pedagogical Tool and its application in the Education System;
• Conducted Peace Building activities as Theater Trainer, leading over 20 workshops for around 60 youngsters from different ethnic background in Southern Serbia (Preshevo Valley);
• Pioneered and conducted 4 dance courses with 60 youngsters in the region of Malisheva and Rahovec.
