As the Head of the Institutional Advancement unit I lead a team that work towards securing long-term financial health of American University in Kosovo Foundation, RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) and its beneficiaries though fundraising campaigns that support university operation and its learning capabilities. The unit houses Development and Alumni Engagement Department. Development department supports the University’s mission and strategic priorities by building and strengthening relationships with donor (government agencies, individuals, alumni, diaspora, private sector, donor organization, foundations, corporation and friends) through developing and implementing strategies for sustainable, long-term growth in unrestricted, restricted and endowment funds.The Alumni Engagement Office is charged with planning and executing the programs and activities to keep alumni connected and engaged with one another, current students, faculty and the College through professional, educational, charitable, social and cultural programs. It works with the Alumni Association to design programs to reconnect alumni through reunions, events, scholarship fund raising, and advocacy activities. Its primary goal is to engage alumni to help boost the prestige of the university, garner financial support and enhance the quality of experiential learning.

USAID Trasnformational Leadership Program - Immersion and Public Service Courses is a five year project that will provide University Preparatory Program to 1,150 Kosovar' and Public Service Courses to 1,000 public servants in Kosovo.My role as a USAID contractor is to provide the project with overall vision, leadership and guidance – internally with project staff and externally with USAID, other USAID TLP initiatives, other donors and stakeholders. Overall project management and technical operations to ensure project tasks are completed and objectives met. Lead the team, serving as the primary point of contact with USAID. Managing the project’s operational, financial, and administrative priorities and the preparation and presentation of all proposed implementation plans and reports, overseeing the completion of all technical requirements, including project results and deliverables.

Managed the IT Programs delivered through IPKO Institute: Cisco Networking Academy Program, European Computer Driving License Program, Pearson VUE Testing Program and developed custom based program in accordance to customer demands. I was also in the position of special projects manager and proposed and managed: a project funded by European Agency for Reconstruction, Digital Curriculum development, deployment of Programs sponsored by Cisco, HP and Sun Mic, etc.
