My duties at Egans House, a lovely guesthouse situated in an Edwardian building in Glasnevin, Dublin (Ireland), included:- Dealing with bookings, cancellations, enquiries and special requests from guests, tour operators and customer service teams, by phone, e-mail or face-to-face in English, Spanish and Italian;- Managing all the bookings by using Protel, a hotel management software;- Updating content, events, news, special offers, availabilities and room rates on most used hotel booking engines, such as Hotels.com, Booking.com, Expedia and Hostelworld.com as well as on the guesthouse's own website (www.eganshouse.ie) through the use of Accubook;- Choosing rooms and handing out keys as well as greeting guests, completing procedures when they check in and check out, preparing bills and taking payments;- Organizing and supervising the housekeeping staff;- Managing time, dealing with complaints and solving different kinds of problems;- Answering questions about what the guesthouse, the surrounding area and Dublin city centre can offer (tourist attractions, places of interest, culture, travel, leisure, events, public transport, directions, recommendations, etc.).

I worked as back office support for the EMEA Key Accounts Sales Management team, situated in Piove di Sacco, Padua (Italy). My tasks included:- Rearranging this multinational company's CRM for managing interactions with current and future key customers (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc.) in collaboration with Sales representatives and the Marketing department;- Classifying sales orders for further data analyses for EMEA Area key accounts and managing database reports from all the different ENP Market Units;- Thermal management sector Sales support by e-mail or phone/conference calls in English, Spanish and Italian.
