In my capacity at Netradyne, I see my primary function as a problem solver. I initially joined the team as an individual contributor, with a focus on addressing various engineering challenges. My responsibilities encompassed monitoring IoT devices in production and evaluating the effectiveness of alerts generated by AI-based modules.Within a brief period, I have established a dedicated monitoring team, with an automated infrastructure for efficient management. I was also instrumental in setting up a comprehensive 24x7 customer support system from the ground up, which now serves customers across multiple geographies including the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and India.In addition to these responsibilities, I took the lead in creating comprehensive product documentation, aiming to empower customers with self-help resources and ultimately reduce support costs. This project involved the development and maintenance of multiple modules within the HiQ 8000 softswitch. My role expanded over time, leading the entire application development team and overseeing the successful execution of diverse services. This experience underscored my dedication to team growth, leadership, and project execution.Following this, I served as the Senior QA Manager for a Greenfield project for Reliance Jio, where I was instrumental in the System Integration Testing focusing primarily on the Operational Support Systems (OSS). My involvement was particularly significant as I was part of the project's inaugural release (Release 0), setting up the necessary processes for its successful deployment.My subsequent involvement in the OrderMAX application project for Bell Canada underlined my ability to effectively manage product data and develop new features.
