Bootstrapped the engagement with ACT. Was single point of contact from day 1. Had ownership for growth, revenue and delivery charters. As part of this program: - Led the development of a data platform for ACT's psychometricians. The platform provided a way for psychometricians to store and share their statistical analyses. - Proposed, built and managed an 'innovation center' for ACT. It's purpose was to find new product ideas, build MVPs and test product-market fit. Built two successful 0-1 revenue generating products and managed one 1:N product.Moved to the US (from India) to oversee this enagement working next to ACT folks.

Led development of a native mobile and web-based classroom learning platform for Savvas Learning Formerly Pearson ), USA. This product was built as part of Pearson’s literacy initiative to provide targeted intervention programs. Team size was 40+. The product is used by more than 150,000 users in various schools in USA. It is built to work on Android, iOS and windows tablet as well as all leading web browsers. This was a one year deal which turned into a multi-year, multi-million dollar initiative due to the success of the first release of the product.

I was working as the project lead for one of the sub-systems of the offshore team for NHS SPINE project. The team comprised of about 100+ people working on several sub-systems for National Health Services (NHS), UK. I was handling a team of about 30 people comprising of business analysts, architects, developers, testers and technical writers. My sub-system catered to developing administrative features for various end-user organizations of the SPINE system.Worked as a ‘pre-sales consultant’ in ‘Solutions and Strategy’ team at Mastek. As a part of this team, was responsible for creating proposals in response to the RFPs.

Worked in the offshore development center setup by Lionbridge Technologies for Pearson Digital Learning, Inc. Pearson Digital Learning (PDL) is a part of Pearson Group. PDL maintains and publishes education content for K-12 student market in US. I was handling a team of about 18 team members to maintain a legacy Learning Management system called ‘NovaNET’. The project involved enhancing the learning management system.
