1.Perform assessment and feasibility of the key business processes such as Master data management, Allocations, Forecasting cycle , Reconciliations , Consolidation and Reporting . 2.Map Business processes to the Oracle Cloud EPM processes and create a L3 process maps for the Finance & Accounting workstream.3.Collaborate with Business SME , Enterprise Architect to prepare the Key Design decision paper and present in the forum.4.Design EPM processes such as Master Data management (EDMCS) , Allocations (PCMCS) and Budgeting & Forecasting (EPBCS) and consolidation (FCCS).5.Define the control framework for the Integrations 6.Define the Reporting framework using OAC and monitoring KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for better decision-making 7.Prepare the EPM Disaster Recovery & Back up strategy . 8.Outline the Big Bang Data Migration approach from On premise to Cloud.9.Prepare the EPM cutover strategy and execute the Implementation .10.Delivery Methodology :Distributed Hybrid Agile Sprint Approach to provide an early view of the Oracle EPM framework, identify the gaps, and provide the solutions. Work closely with business to define the backlogs for each Sprint and review the Sprint progress. 11. Prepare the Manpower Estimation for the full life project cycle and managed service model.12. Ensure team follows the change control and release management for the Quality deliverables. 13.Prepare Weekly and Monthly status reports for the Sponsor & the Steering committee. 14. Manage a team of 20+ people working on EPM , ODI and OAC.

Understand the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) Solvency II requirements and study the Client financial data to produce the Quantitative Reporting Template (QRT) .Integrated the discrete data sources containing insurance information using FDM to produce Quantitative Reporting Template.Install and Configure Oracle QMR (Oracle Quantitative Management and Reporting for Solvency II) product components such as Master Data and Business rule to meet the client requirements.Install and Configure High Volume Disclosure management to submit XBRL reports to external EIOPA ,PRA and CBI regulatory.Actively work with Client to shape the Business process around the Solo and Group Entity QRT preparation.Our Client was the one of the first few Insurance companies to submit the Preparatory Phase QRT's in April 2015.
