Born in Malaga (Spain) in 1978, he is a young and modern businessman who initiated his business career as a manager and producer for some of the top international musicians in Classical music, an area in which he worked for 11 years (1995-2006). His growth as a manager was swift and well-known, having been the personal manager of such artists as the guitarists Paco de Lucía, Eliot Fisk; violinists such as Maxim Vengerov, Ara Malikian, Roby Lakatos; specialists in baroque music such as Kenneth Gilbert, Vittorio Ghielmi; “universal music” such as the Burhan Öçal & Istanbul Oriental Ensemble; producer of international concerts such as those organised with the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, European Union Baroque Orchestra, Sarah Chang, Daniele Gatti, Roberto Abbado, Jiri Stivin, Luis Gonzalez, Joaquin Cortés, Pat Metheny, Kazuhito Yamashita, Joaquin Clerch, Chucho Valdes, Jacques Loussier Trio, Frank Gambale, Vicente Amigo, Tomatito, Pierre Hantaï, Chirstophe Coin, among others. In his final active year, he was in charge of organising the cultural offering on the occasion of the "25th Mediterranean Games 2005" celebrated in Almeria, Spain. All of these achievements made Javier Gomez one of the five awardees of the "European Prize for Young Entrepreneurs in the Arts 2004" at the young age of 26, an age at which he was already the General Manager for artists such as Paco de Lucía, for whom he organised, coordinated, and produced his final "Cositas Buenas 2004" world tour of over 80 worldwide concerts (USA, Europe, and Asia).After graduating in Classic Guitar from the Conservatorio Superior de Música in Granada, he initiated his graduate studies at the age of 16 together with his masters and inspirations Eliot Fisk and Joaquin Clerch.
