As an Accountant at U+A my role is to validate invoice, book cost and payment in accounting software in compliance with contract, and reconcile statement of account for accounts payable and receivable. I also play a key role in monitoring the organization's income, expenses and tax liabilities to manage cashflow and prepare financial reports. Additionally, I allocate work to admin assistants and finance interns, issue purchase order to suppliers, prepare journal entries for Accruals and assist with tax audits and VAT return filing.
