Dialogues are in progress to identify centers in Dubai and Mauritius to conduct annual certification courses to promote the software and its benefits to providers and patients in South East Asia and Middle East countries. * Initiated and established Indo-US collaboration with Mayo Clinic and JSS University in India in the areas of Pharmacogenomics, healthcare delivery and Cardiology.(Raised ~ 300,000 USD to organize and conduct Indo-US international conference in India to host and accommodate participation from Mayo Physician / Scientist leadership from Pharmacology, Cardiology and Health Care Delivery)

Preclinical safety evaluation of Cocaine hydrolase gene transfer for treatment of cocaine addiction.

M Health Fairview, University of Minnesota School of Medicine, Minneapolis, MN, USA Underwent extensive rotations through different laboratory disciplines (Pre-and post-analytical Systems; Acute care lab; Point of Care testing; General and Special Chemistry; Endocrine and Protein laboratory; Drug Analysis and Biochemical Genetics; Newborn screening; Toxicology) with research and clinical duties associated with routine automated immunoassays and mass spectrometry assays. 24 hours on-call service (since August 2020); responsibilities include attending service pager calls and provide clinical consultation to laboratory and clinician staff to aid efficient patient care. Inquiries emerging from 10 hospitals and 60 clinics of M Fairview Health were associated with analytical, logistical and clinical queries related to acute care, newborn screening, cardiology, nephrology, emergency medicine, rheumatology, pain and addiction medicine, toxicology, special chemistry, protein, immunology, and endocrinology (Special Chemistry, Mass Spectrometry and Immunoassay queries). Worked closely with development technologists to discuss and review activities related to test development, implementation and quality improvement projects. Teaching: participated in teaching opportunities through departmental seminars, case presentations and workshops to medical technologists, residents, and medical directors.  CAP Inspection: Performed all common CAP self-inspection (Acute care, Special Chemistry and Biochemical Genetics Laboratories)
