• Handling Samsung Promoters Program (SEC) of 1800+ associates of Samsung for their mobile business, along with my core team of 40+ Area Managers and 7 State Heads & looking after daily sales productivity and other operational issues.• Assisting Samsung in achieving their Sell Out targets through these SEC promoters/ counters through a clear monitoring system for daily sales tracking.• Ensure Target Alignment & Achievement in each location as per area of Agency Operations, brand share and ASP, Tracking growth and de-growth my area, Monitoring performance of State Heads, Area Managers, Promoters, Asset Co-ordinator, MIS team, Asset Allocation and regular reconciliation of the assets.• End to end coordination on a daily basis for my territory and communication of Samsung objectives down the line.
