• Sourcing of resumes through employee referrals, internet, unsolicited applications, networks, and recruitment drives, consultants, direct by providing information on the existing job vacancies in the Organization to the employer and job seekers.• Involved in Salary negotiations with candidates across all levels & resolving doubts on the Employment terms & conditions to ensure the candidate accepts the offer & joins the Organization.• Participated in weekly calls with the Hiring Manager to discuss on the Hiring Plan and challenges if any so as ensure that recruitment target is in line with business needs.• Client Management / Stake holder management for all Business Units by closely working with the Vertical / Delivery heads, Project Managers to meet the Recruitment Targets.
