I… Show more As the Chief Learning Officer, I oversee a wide range of responsibilities related to training, development, and business operations. My primary focus is on the development and standardization of outbound/onsite training modules, as well as the training and development of our core team of trainers. Additionally, I manage our certifications and alliances with business partners, and work with clients to develop customized business solutions in the areas of training, HR, and e-learning. I am responsible for overseeing the delivery of POSH training programs for our key accounts, and for managing the entire operations of the organization, including projects and shared services. In addition, I am involved in business development efforts for the training vertical, and provide strategic consulting services to our clients. I also serve as a certified resource for training related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act 2013, and as an external member on the board of various private and public sector undertakings on their Sexual Harassment Committee.
