My latest book 'Money Mindsets' explores how science-based stories can help people rewire their money beliefs, goals and habits.I run a research consultancy making behavioural science tools more accessible. This combines behavioural science with design and systems thinking to help teams with "tools to think like a behavioural scientist". Partnered with Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA), the Department of Corrections, NZ Police, NZ Customs, ACC, Sport New Zealand and Rebel Sport to design high impact and measurable behaviour change campaigns.Highlights of two projects:1. Applied a behavioural science framework for EECA to motivate landlords to insulate their houses; achieving 57% more insulations installed than our target (1,888 for 1,200 target)2. Developed strategic insights to help NZ Police attract a more diverse workforce; campaign led to a 615% increase in diverse profile applications -
