• Supplier VAM audit mainly in China & Pan India.• Product development & inspection like vacuum flask, Cookware, Kitchen & Home appliances and Glassware.• Reports and documentation• Quality representative for new product development.• Inspection of goods as per sampling plan and IS standards adopted by organization.• Conducting internal product audits for all plants of organization.• Continuous involvement in Internal Auditing activities for QMS in the plant across various sections.• Support to R&D team during new product development.• Prepare assessment report on audit observation.• Conduct the meeting on audit assessment report for RCA, Action plan, target date for closer observation with all respective process owners.• Raise the NC report to all process owners to close the NCs within target date also take continuous follow up to close them

• Export product audit & process audit of export assembly lines.• Daily Defect Identification & problem resolving.• Responsible for 8D analysis & CAPA related to customer complaints.• Prepare Check sheets, Daily PDI audit report, Weekly/Monthly Quality MIS reports.• Conduct Performance test.• Data recording of performance test - RPM, Wattage, Amp. Suction & Discharge pipe temperature.• ConductShipping Test. drop test. Transportation test. Vibration test.
