As a dedicated Teacher Associate, I am committed to enhancing students' English language skills and fostering a supportive learning environment. I focus on delivering engaging lessons, while also providing targeted support to students who need additional help with learning objectives. I conduct and assess student evaluations, ensuring that each student’s progress is monitored and that data is accurately recorded to inform instructional planning.In addition to classroom instruction, I collaborate with academic coordinators and support teams to create effective teaching materials that cater to diverse learning needs. I work diligently to ensure that all students move forward together, providing extra guidance as needed to help them succeed. -Oversaw the error-free online registration and verification of over 2000 athletes, a pivotal role for the event's success.-Encountered and overcame challenges such as athlete registration issues, document verification, bug identification on the event website, and score updating.-Demonstrated a proactive approach in swiftly overcoming initial hurdles and novel tasks.-Gained invaluable insights into managing extensive athlete data, highlighting areas for personal growth and development.-Maintained a high level of dedication and adaptability, contributing to the overall success of the event.

-Successfully coded over 2700 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for Mathematics, English, and Environmental Studies (EVS).-Demonstrated advanced skills in MTEXT coding, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all content.-Maintained high standards of professionalism throughout the project, consistently delivering high-quality work.-Contributed to the successful completion of the project within the specified timeline, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Participated in the Future City Delhi project by Jhatkaa.Org, aimed at raising awareness about air pollution.-Managed a setup that allowed people to visualize themselves in a future Delhi and compare it with the present situation.-Engaged with the public, providing them with actionable information on how to reduce air pollution.-Utilized strong communication skills to effectively convey complex environmental concepts to a diverse audience.Reinforced the importance of sustainability and environmental stewardship through interactive learning.
