• Preparing Weekly Sales Reports for Agro chemicals Product and maintaining all Current and Previous data.• Sending the Weekly report to the Managing Director.• Always helping the Team in regards to improve the Sale of the product.• Escalating any Product issues to the Managing Director and Technical Lab.• Preparing Presentation on the New Agro chemicals Product.• Training for all Team launch a New Products.• Handling Customer’s Regarding all Product related issues

• Preparing Daily MIS Reports for 4 Loop Process (Prepaid, Postpaid, HNI and Dealer Helpline) and maintaining all Current and Previous data (Inbound & Outbound).• Sending the daily MIS report to the manager and client (Inbound & Outbound)• Preparing roster considering the call flow and leaves and also helping the Team Leaders in regards to improve the AL and SL of the process.• Preparing Salary MIS as per Attendance and Login Hours for all the loop agents.• Monitoring overall productivity and escalating any issues to the respective Team leaders and Process Manager.• Maintaining Daily Productivity report and sending across to all the Team Leaders, highlighting the Non Performers and issues of the day.• Maintaining Downtime Tracker for the 4 Processes and escalating to the client via mail on daily basis. • Preparing New Formats for all reports as per client requirement.• Preparing Presentation on the WWW (What Went Wrong or What Went Wright) report and sending to client on Weekly basis to highlight the issues of the customers. • Maintaining PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) to the performance of the CSR

• Verification of Document & Making Computer entries of CAF form..• Preparing Daily & Monthly MIS Reports, maintain all Current and Previous data.• Reporting daily Collections to Prepaid PCO Manager via e-mail.• Handling Documentation issues & Activation of Prepaid PCO Terminals.• Track SO’s which are issued and make sure that they receive SO after operator sign from respective LBA • Take Handset / Accessories against cancelled SO (orders) & Replacement for faulty Handsets.• Mark entries in SAP and simplify for SO closed / SO cancelled.• Dispatch CAF’s to central warehouse and get acknowledgement from WH.• Handset/Accessories (Termination) form from LBA once it gets confirmation mail from Customer Then Initiate deposit refund request (TT creation in Clarify)• Maintain Handset inventory report, Stock & Preparing Audit Report in every end of month• Training all new joiners on system and process• Knowledge of Operating in SAP Software for inward & outward entries of stock.• Circle co-ordination to Customer Care departments for all system related issues.
