About:Job Description: HVAC Assistant Project Manager.Want to have growth oriented and challenging career to give my excellence and skill to the organization and enhance my experience through continuous learning and teamwork.18 Years Work experience in HVAC Industry in Commercial High Side Project VRF, Chiller, Ductable, Low side Fit out, also good knowledge data center PAC Unitwell knowledge in Autocad.• To provide inputs to Design Engineer for design & heat loads for preparation of Shop Drawing.• Prepare Organization Chart, Site Mobilization Plan,(Man & manpower)• To provide detail baseline Schedule as per milestone date• To provide the Bar chart, Material tracker, Work method statement, Specialized Checklists. • To provide Quality Plan based on scope of work.• To ensure work is carried out per project schedule.• Maintain Safe & clean working environment at site.• Allocate responsibilities to site workers/contractors.• Ensure best erection / installation practices are follow at site and construction standards envisaged by client and consultants/stakeholders.• Perform quality and safety control, and take corrective action.• Provide and ensure that all statutory documents of contractors and people working at site to given to HR department and submitted to client in coordination with HR.• To help / assist safety officer perform his task as per safety guidelines.• Prepare Measurement according bill Of Quantities, Billing, Documentation,Testing Commissioning & Project Handing Over.
