Projects Looking:• Formula One • Jindal Saw Ltd• MLCP (Multi-Storey Car Parking)• FMI Shopping Mall• SPM Stadium • Spaze IT ParkJob Responsibilities:• Handling 2-3 projects with a team of project Site in charge Meeting with concern clients and consultant • Billing and estimation• Calculate bill of Quantity• Preparation As Built and shop drawings• Correspondence, co-ordination and participating in weekly Site progress review meetings with Consultants, Architects, Client, and Co-Vendors to try and ensure that pre-decided schedules are met with• Making of Bills & rate analysis for non tender items and getting certification for the same from Client with help from billing engineer.

• Handling 2-3 projects with a team of Project Managers/Site in charge.• Study tender document along with tender drawings and specify discrepancies, if any, to the planning team, client / consultant. • Preparation and approval of shop drawings from the consultant and architect. • Quantity analysis of material to be procured for execution of works based on approved shop drawings. • Planning procurement of material required at various stages of the project to ensure uninterrupted progress of work. • Planning and scheduling of activities to be done over a period of a week/month/quarter/year considering required labor strength depending on priorities, scope available and interdependencies on other agencies. • Ensuring that the schedule is adhered to. • Preparation and approval of As Built drawings from the consultants.• Correspondence, co-ordination and participating in weekly Site progress review meetings with Consultants, Architects, Client and Co-Vendors to try and ensure that pre-decided schedules are met with.Projects Executed:• TVS Delphi Ltd (Rudurpur)• TVS Lucas Ltd (Rudurpur)• Wheel India Ltd (Rudurpur) • DMR IT Park Block-III Shastri Park (New Delhi)• IGI Airport T3
