Checking all equipment before starting operation, allocating staff for both arrival flights and departure flights.Actively involved in the handling of fight operations in adherence with the airline requirements.Undertaking responsibilities of allocating trained & certified staff for aligning needed equipment to the aircraft for efficient functioning.Ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the airline’s and the organization’s end.Represent the process before the higher level management and airlines.Enforcing & fine tuning the policy & SOP (standard operating procedures) being followed by the airline to be followed by the team.

• Handling Ramp Counters for International Airlines(Singapore Airlines, Emirates Airlines,Air India, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Thai Airways …..• Handling BMA, SHA, RAMP, ARRIVALS etc• Checking Visa/Passports Validity.• Issuing Manual/Automated Boarding Passes/Baggage Tags• Passenger Facility Assistance• Baggage Identifier and Baggage Delivery• Mishandling Baggage• Communicating with various airline staff
