I am currently working as a Trainer cum Counsellor for the graduate as well as the UG students regarding the necessary soft skills required for job readiness at Magic Bus India Foundation.Earlier, I have also worked as a CSR Project Coordinator at Vertex X Inc. Ltd., Pune where I have looked after developing and executing CSR programs as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes. I have also conducted the implementation of the food distribution projects, library projects, etc. at Pravin Masalewale Trust as a Project Coordinator.Apart from this I have also worked as a Project Coordinator and Soft Skills Trainer at Sarthak Educational Trust where I was handling the team and looking after placements for persons with disabilities and was also responsible for all the trainings in the Livelihood Centres for the Programme, which delivers skill training to disable candidate.Before that, I have worked at CYDA as a Project Coordinator on Girl Count Project “To motivate girls to find non- Traditional jobs and promotes Self-employment”.Apart from the abovementioned, I also have an experience at Unnati Foundation as a Skill Development Officer to provide a 50 Day training to the Youth regarding the Soft Skills as well as basic English.I started my work as a Field Officer at Samta Memorial Foundation where I looked after the organization of various health camps at Ahmednagar, Indapur as well as Pune district.This summarizes my expertise in soft skills, project management and team coordination, leadership skills as well as placement related work.
