At NGP Websmart, I provide online customer service and support for various services, using my communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I work with a team of response associates, who collaborate and share best practices to deliver high-quality service. Generating monthly report and consulting the customer regarding the efficient consumption of energy and cost saving which help the country to move forward towards the net zero emissions. I have also pursued my Master's degree in hospitality and HR from IHM Chennai, where I have learbed how to manage people and organizations in the service industry. I have a strong foundation in this field, as I was previously an outlet manager at Bata India Limited. I have also handled four sis stores and four omuni stores for online distribution channel. I managed staff, inventory, sales, and operations, and trained and motivated employees to achieve their goals and deliver excellent service. I also gained valuable insights into the luxury hotel business from a four-month industrial exposure at The Leela Palace Bangalore.My goal is to leverage my education and experience to pursue a career in customer service and HR management, where I can create positive customer experiences and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
