• Handling Installation of DGS&D for HP in Delhi NCR as Regional Incharge • Meeting with existing customer for new business (Sales of parts & new IT equipment’s)• Meeting with new peoples for increasing business• Meeting with higher Management of Clients like JK Industries, Ansal,etc….• Maintaining SLA. • Identifying top call generators and thus enabling incident reduction• Identification of Best Practices and areas of improvement• Root cause analysis of all deviations• Responsible for all customer escalations and reviews.• Responsible for 100% process compliance• Infrastructure management • Helpdesk service management • Application Management • Coordinating with back office for deliverables & other required support. • Responsible for smooth IT operations & ownership of all escalations. • Identifying Training Needs and Provide training to the Team regarding various skills, maintaining their skill set data
