1) Processes accounts payable invoices and expense claims for payment by verifying with purchase orders, requisitions. 2) Performs transaction processing related to accounts payable. 3) Ensures accounts payable invoices and expense are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment. 4) Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures, with correct application of taxes.5) Month-end closure activity, Provisions and Reconciliation parts.

1) Recording Acquisitions, Dispositions, Transfers & Sale of assets in the accounting system.2) Review and approve fixed asset projects such projects meet company fixed asset policy and accounting system and comply with capitalization policies.3) Maintain Fixed Asset register & assign tag numbers.4) Assist auditors during company annual audits and other audits.5) Prepare monthly reports for the management like CWIP, Additions, Open PO/GRN etc.

1) Making entries of day-to-day expenses and payments in the system (SAP ERP).2) Maintain bank reconciliation statement & reconciliations of debtors & creditors. 3) Handle Customer Invoicing, Creating PO’s and delivery related issues of dealers & customers. 4) Provide information on customer receipts to AR team for posting collection entries. 5) Inventory management, stock taking & tracking. 6) Payments made to vendors to be adjusted against payable in books of accounts.7) Processing Bank payments post verification of supporting bills wherever applicable.8) Month-end closure activity GRN Closure, GL & Reconciliations.
