As a Project Manager (“PM”) facilitate the implementation of client products by directing cross-functional teams to execute plans, track, report, and manage escalations on circuit and equipment deliver and milestones. ➢ This facilitation requires coordination to enable efficient execution on complex projects. As a Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the course of the project from project planning through project closure. ➢ Develop a project plan and schedule with the customer, manage complex projects that include equipment scheduling and delivery, third party vendors, circuit installation, risk and mitigation management, and other projects requirements based on project Statement of Work.
