Proactively managing all aspects of imports and exports including order placement, inventory management, coordinating with freight forwarder, custom house agents, customers etc  Execute required import and export documentation for multiple transactions in various stages of completion  Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details  Assures compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/important laws, internal policies and procedures  Vendor Payment tracking and submission of bills to Finance department for processing payments.  Work with Finance department on Import data, duty processing in a time bound manner. Knowledge of ISO, Environment regulations and compliances with GPCB as well as other licenses required to run a manufacturing unit / factory. Interpretation of legal contracts and agreements by highlighting the various clauses which are in favor / against the organization. Handing legal matters of the company. Correspondence and liaison with banks and financial institutes for raising Fund based and Non Fund based limits. Valuation of Land Building, P&M from time to time for bank submissions.Page3 Preparing Documents for raising finance through private equity, NBFC, rights issue etc Handled IPO for the company
