- Delivered business growth numbers by executing GTM plans for new launches (Parantha & Idly as a new category of “lunch/ dinner”). Ensured 150 retail outlets (across India) have branding & marketing collaterals in time with operational efficiency: led to record sales of newly-launched categories.- Created 2 new SKUs - Corporate Party Packs & Friends-Family Party Packs; formulated the GTM strategy and executed the product launch by coordinating with multiple stakeholders across India & online portal launch (Swiggy, Zomato). - Led initiative of 290 mystery audits for new-product launched.
