Designed and Manufactured 3 All Terrain Vehicles in the years 2018, 2019, and 2020. lead the manufacturing team for 2 years. Recruited Engineers year on year to make sure we get the best talent and funds. The team is still running and manufacturing cars for passion-Participated in MEGA ATV Championship competition as a Crew Head. As a head handled the responsibility like jacking the racecar, changing tires, fueling, and making adjustments to the racecar. Competing against 120 teams, We secured 1st in Drag Race, 2nd in Night Endurance Race and 4th national rank overall.

-Participated in BAJA SAE INDIA 2020competition. Responsible for presenting vehicle dynamics - simulations in Design Event of the Competition. The team secured 5th rank in Design and 20th rank overall.-Participated in MEGA ATV Championship 2019 competition as Design and Suspension engineer. The team secured 26th national overall rank competing against 64 Teams.-Proficiently worked with Solidworks, ANSYS Fluent, PTC Creo, TIG Welding with past experience of 2 years.-Utilized advanced software tools for modelling, Simulation and optimizing the vehicle's performance in areas such as Chassis, suspension dynamics, and powertrain efficiency.-Conducted comprehensive testing and validation procedures (FMEA, FMEDA etc), including static and dynamic analysis, to ensure the vehicle's performance and safety under various operating conditions.-Designed Roll-cage frame, Splash shield, Exhaust system, Independent suspension system. Manufactured suspension system components using self build fixtures and solidworks drafting layouts. -Designed a ATV car outer body using the surfacing tool in CAD Solidworks.
