Hi I am Vishal Sharma. I am working as an office assistant at Sociomark for over 2 years now.My Day-to-day responsibilities involve - - Dusting and cleaning the office space ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the premises. - Making tea and coffee for the employees which makes them ready to tackle any brief and deadlines.- Making purchases for the office, such as lunches, groceries and stationery while keeping in mind the quality and price factor. - Providing refreshments to the candidates and guiding them to their respective cabins for the interview. - Setting the green screen and other equipment during the shoots. - Visiting banks for office related work. - Shifting and assembling of computer systems as and when required. - Beyond these tasks, I strive to be a friendly and helpful member of the team, always ready to assist and support my colleagues. I’m here to ensure the office runs smooth like a well-oiled machine.
