Validation shop management. – Shop Manpower, Driver Management.Assigning and closing the Validation shop Job Order on daily basis.Execution of daily activity in validation Shop – Test veh running as per plan, Veh rework and rectification and vehicle brake down.Execution of vehicle preparation with specified test load as per test vehicle plan.Execution of test vehicle washing and weighment as per requirement plan.Ensuring the valid legal documentation (Eway bills, Invoice, Permit, Tax, Fitness, Insurance and company declaration latter) for test vehicle running.Handling Material IN-OUT documentation as per SOP.Ensuring Fastag for all validation test vehicles.Coordination and concern resolution, Tracking of Fastag for test vehicle.Manpower management – Technician, internal and external drivers and Associate of test load handling.Enhancement of Competency and knowledge of shop Associates.Preparing and flashing the Weekly and Monthly MIS for validation Shop.Interaction and support to validation engineer, designer, supplier and allied department for FTR, Retro fitment and vehicle preparation.Monitoring daily Diesel filling and consummation for Test vehicle.Monitoring and Ensuring availability of consumables and test load for validation test vehicle.Responsible for 5S, KAIZEN and SOP implementation for best work practices.Following safety rules and regulation on daily basis at shop floor.Following the C19 Safety guidelines on daily basis.
