My passion for education comes from my experience as a student who confronted his own learning differences. This journey has led me to appreciate the complexity and nuance of learning and pursue a career supporting the schools and teachers. I am a motivated and talented educational technology specialist driven to inspire others to pursue academic and personal excellence. I have overall 15 years of working experience. I started my career in 2008 as an educator and have worked with various prestigious educational institutions of Indore, during this tenure I also got an opportunity to work as a corporate trainer helping professionals in developing their competency at work. After that I joined Tata Interactive Systems now Tata ClassEdge in the year 2013 as a Manager for Academic Services, I began as an Area Manager and then got elevated to Regional as well as Zonal Role. I have won plentiful of awards like Product Champ, Quality Champ, Innovation Champ, Best Trainer & National Award for Best Academic Services. Presently, I am associated with Leadership Boulevard (Lead School) as an Associate Academic Excellence Director, empowering Affordable Private Schools with disruptive ed-tech solutions to ensure visible improvement in a student’s learning During my years of experience, I have developed my internal personal skills & leadership skills to great extent which has helped me in becoming an effective team member & leader at various levels.
