• Responsible for maintaining and repairing utility and production equipment required in the day to day working, analysis of machine failures, estimation of maintenance costs. Assessing the needs of equipment.
• Responsible for execution of the project engineering involving Installation, commissioning & testing of new equipments along with completing documents as per -ISO standards.
• Responsible for analysis of Utility consumption and developing projects to reduce consumption.
• Responsible for facing GMP audits - utility related and its point compliance.
• Responsible for completing Legal Compliances as Boiler inspection, D.G. cess, Etc.
• Adopt and implement a detailed maintenance plan to minimize failures resulting in stoppage of work, providing training the maintenance staff and engineering operators to work with considering updated SOPs.

• Handling and monitoring on Utility equipments like Boiler, AHU, Chiller, Air compressors, Diesel Generators etc.
• To attend production machine breakdowns to reduce machine down time.
• Man-power handling with coordinating to technical team for smooth operation of Production.
• To schedule and execute the preventive maintenance of production & Utility machineries.
• To arrange accessories and spares which are required for utility, production equipments and water system.
• Close monitoring of Purified Water System and Pure Steam Generator. To schedule Regeneration process of DM water plant and Sanitization process.
