• Primary role is to conduct research on the start-up ecosystem and to identify plus evaluate potential start-ups for investment.• Organizing meetings with the start-up founders to understand the proposition in detail.• Network and partner with relevant stakeholders like accelerators, incubators, VCs and IBs to get first access of their deals.• Manage the Investor Committee and conduct regular meetings with the IC members to get their first view on the shortlisted start-ups.• Preparation of the Business due diligence of the start-ups to the client.• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.• Judging and participating in various start-up events.• Assist in the selection of start-ups for various programs & events• Gathering critical information from meetings with various startups and producing useful reports.

• Preparing presentations, reports/ first level write-ups.• Perform Business Analysis on projects (e.g. write-up, assistance with charts and presentation).• Research / Retrieve information from business websites.• Tracking peer performance and economic indicators.• Conducting industry and company research and assisting in the writing of Teasers, Information Memorandums and other transaction related documents.• Internet searches, Conduct market research and analysis.• Creation of charts and other visuals, financial data, formatting and presentation of final document.• Involvement in assembling, developing, and/or editing information requests, due diligence lists, confidentiality agreements, engagements letters, proposals and management presentations.• Proposal preparation, company valuation and market analysis, information memorandum preparation and offer analysis.• Thorough understanding of financial statement analysis and accounting methods.• Domestic and International Ticketing and Hotel booking.• Personal Calendar management and assigning his schedule.• Internal Meeting arrangements and overseas meeting organizing, fixing appointments.• Coordination with the concerns department heads in the company.• Approving the Travels Bills with supporting documents for proceeding payment with accounts.
