I am a sustainability professional and am passionate about helping corporations reach Net Zero and be Climate Positive. I am on a mission to make a positive impact on the planet and society. In my last role as a Project Leader at Bain & Company, I helped corporations set and achieve their sustainability and climate change goals for half a decade. I was the Co-founder of ESG Centre of Excellence, where I created baselining and benchmarking methodologies for 20+ ESG parameters across sectors. I built strong expertise in complex carbon analytics (GHG accounting, reporting, MACCs) as I the development of Bain's Net Zero Navigator (an interactive tool to navigate journey to Net Zero). It included comprehensive libraries of decarbonization levers for over ~30 hard-to-abate sub-sectors. I also worked on various strategy and due diligence cases including transformation, ambition setting and diagnostics across sectors and geographies. I am now working at Accenture Strategy towards the same purpose and leveraging Gen AI tools and latest tech to expedite the journey to climate goals.I have a strong academic background with an MBA from IIM Shillong, and a bachelor's in commerce from St. Xavier's College Kolkata. I also have a track record of winning several regional and national-level management competitions (e.g., I was 2nd runner-up in the Deloitte Graduate School Maverick Nationals, competing among 2.5K students among 15 premier colleges.)I am curious by nature and have been consistently learning and upskilling on sustainability and technology via executive courses from University of Oxford, MIT and others.Eager to connect with sustainability enthusiasts across the globe.
