Senior Frontend Engineer
Current- Led the development of a new user interface proof of concept (PoC), bringing in team members to turn it into a working minimum viable product (MVP).- Helped the team grow into a stable, cross-functional group and delivered the PoC quickly, setting the stage for future growth.- Managed the rewrite of the frontend code for an AI learning platform, switching from ClojureScript to NextJS, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.- Launched the new version within a year, achieving 100% adoption by clients in that time.- Introduced Continuous Integration and Trunk-Based Development practices, increasing our deployment frequency from once a week to several times a day.- Created an analytics service using PostHog to track important user metrics, improving our understanding of how customers use the software and helping us make better decisions.- Set up feature flags with PostHog, allowing engineers to quickly test and launch new features without affecting the main user experience. This made A/B testing easier.- Successfully completed several projects, including Managerial Analytics, a New Classroom Page, and AI-driven tools like the Multiple Question Generator and Intelligent Search.
