As a Product Group Technology Lead at TD, I have over nine years of experience in the banking industry, where I have built and managed complex software systems that support thousands of customers every day. I have a proven record of delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of both the business and the users, while ensuring quality, performance, and security standards.I lead multiple engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum environment, where I foster a culture of collaboration, appreciation, and knowledge sharing. I report on the status of development, operations, and system performance to senior management, and work with product owners to prioritize and facilitate the delivery of new features and enhancements. I also apply human centric design principles to create user-friendly and accessible web applications for applying for various banking products, such as credit cards, personal loans, and everyday banking accounts. My goal is to enable customers to have a seamless and satisfying experience with TD's digital services.
