 Participates in all phases of an EPC projects (i.e. CGS / CNG Stations / Pipeline) from detailed engineering survey, technical feasibility, cost estimation, detailed engineering, project planning, execution, monitoring, commissioning and start up. Lead the team of CNG for the identification of sites, technical feasibility of sites, preparation of all the engineering deliverables, preparation of Scope of Work, preparation of MTO, tendering, technical evaluation, kick off, delivery of items, installation, and commissioning of CNG equipment. Lead project team establishes the project execution approach and execution planning and monitoring of both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Project controlling by defining baselines, tracking progress, status reporting, determining, and taking corrective measures. Lead and manage the facilitation of projects from Planning to delivery within quality, cost, safety, and time frames by ensuring of all project activities in accordance with both company and statutory requirements. Liaison with engineering heads for the timely allocating of discipline engineers and Reviews project engineering progress against approved schedules, evaluates changes and takes corrective action when required. Responsible for project delivery risk and issue management, including the identification and implementation of risk and issue mitigating actions. Take full technical and commercial responsibility of execution of the contract in all matters covered within terms of the contract (initial contract review to project close out).

Project Management / Project Engineering : Responsible for safe execution of the projects (Pipeline / Flow line / Central Gathering Stations) in line with the Project Objectives and Strategy and project plans, meeting defined requirements and standards, and assuring compliance with budget and schedule for assigned projects. Assess and reviews the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target. Appraise the team on the Overall scope and key contractual terms of the project. Liaison with Head Engineering and Head Projects Discipline Managers for mobilization of team, skill gaps, quality assurance, training and sub-contracting requirements if any for parts of engineering scope etc. Supervises the mobilized multidisciplinary team, primarily the discipline Lead Engineers, Planning Engineers and Document Controller.  Experience with project deadlines, technical document review, read P&IDs, material take-offs, line specifications, QA/QC procedures/processes. Participate in or leads for the safety studies like HAZOP,HAZID,QRA,OHID etc Identify , document & quantify likely risks in execution along with mitigation plan. Review all changes deviations and duly raise Change Orders for the same.Project Procurement & Expediting :  Coordinates with Engineering Management, Construction Management, Proposal, Contracts, Finance and Insurance during project execution. Works with and sometimes directs others in Supply Management regarding implementation and support of Supply Management programs and procedures. Participates in or leads project supply management strategy development and implementation and may be assigned as the supply management project lead

 Heading City Gas Distribution (CGD) business with team of 22 engineers in various activities for Project Execution, Operation & Maintenance services. Coordinating with Commercial, liaison and Safety department, Contractors and Inspection agencies for Kick of the Project Lead and manage performance of all activities related to the execution of construction work including contract administration, planning and cost control, manpower, materials and equipment management, office management, safety management Installation and commissioning of underground cross country steel/MDPE high and medium pressure pipeline network, filtering and metering skid(MRS), pressure-reducing skid(DPRC/DRS), odour dozing skid for natural gas. Liaison and coordinate with local statutory authority, government body and utility companies for underground ROU clearance and permission to install pipeline, station, skid. Develop network with all possible looping and isolation valve installation, so that network operations will be smooth and minimum number of customer effected in case of any breakdown maintenance e. Compliance to PNGRB’s QoS & highest upkeep of the networks. Ensure resolution of emergencies in & around network. Ensuring periodic scheduled maintenance including LPT of the network, AMC of all associated facilities for trouble free operations. Ensure that all O&M audits are conducted as per schedule.
