As the Managing Director of Agrolt Solutions, I oversee the strategic planning, product development, marketing & business growth, financial planning and international business operations of the company, which specializes in Greenhouse: Structures, Components & Accessories, structural engineering, climate control, automation, IT & IoT solutions.I have a proven track record of delivering results, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Some of my achievements include securing multiple large contracts with government and private entities, leading the design and implementation of customized greenhouse projects in various regions, and establishing a network of distributors and agents across Asia, Africa, and Europe. I am also an active investor and mentor in the horticulture and agriculture sector, supporting start-ups and innovators who share my vision of enhancing the quality and productivity of the industry. I also had chance of short term but interesting and deep exposure at National scale in Pharma Distribution Sector specially Generic Medicines, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing & Logistics .
