Prof. (Dr.) Vishal Kumar is a distinguished scholar and an academician of National and International repute. He is Ph.D, M.Com, UGC NET and MBA (Finance). At present, he is working as Principal, Sri Aurobindo College of Commerce and Management, Ludhiana. He is a former Dean Research & Director, School of Management, Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. He has more than 26 years of teaching and administrative experience. He is a member, College Development Council Committee and Youth Welfare Committee of Panjab University, Chandigarh. He is also a member of Board of Studies, UIAMS Panjab University, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. He is a prolific writer and has authored 25 Textbooks covering vast array of topics pertaining to commerce and management. He has published 67 Research Papers in various Journals of repute. He has participated as a Keynote Speaker/ Resource Person/ Session Chair/ Co-Chair and presented papers in more than 120 conferences, seminars, FDPs and webinars. He has also been invited for Expert Talks in many National and International events. He has visited UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam to participate in various International Conferences. Prof. Vishal is not only a good academician but also a vibrant researcher, innovative professional and a creative thinker. He is a MHRD certified MOOC Instructor and have been running his course ‘Organisation Behaviour’ on Swayam Platform, MoE Govt. of India since 2018. He has been a Coordinator for e-PG Pathshala in Management, assigned by UGC and MHRD to develop the Curriculum and E-Content for the Papers ‘Entrepreneurship Development and Project Management’ and ‘International Business Operations’. He is also holding a membership of various bodies and editorial board of International Journals. Prof. Vishal has been conferred with many awards and recognitions for his outstanding contributions in research and management excellence. Eight scholars have completed Ph.D under his worthy supervision.
