Responsibility includes sourcing candidates through various channels, Client handling, planning interview and selection procedures and Pre joining & Post joining Follow up.• Identify staffing needs in cooperation with hiring managers.• Set criteria for selection.• Identify possible individuals using online resources (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).• Create a plan for the interview and selection process, including phone screens, tests, and in-person meetings.• Use our applicant tracking system to review candidate data, including resumes and contact information.• Develop enduring connections with previous applicants and potential candidates.
