CurrentReporting to the TIP Board of Directors, accountable for revenue growth and building an active, paying global member community within TIP• Generated $30M of commercial value over 2 years for TIP, in the form of member revenues, government grant funded projects and industry event sponsorships• Architected and gained Board approval of TIP’s business turnaround with a revenue growth strategy to become margin neutral within 24 months • Built and maintained CxO and CxO – 1 relationships across the sector, within large and small organisations, across EMEA, US, APAC, South Africa and Brazil • Stimulated market development in EMEA and APAC, through set up of public-private funded programmes, supplier-led technology pilots, and regional awareness & event campaigns• Launched the TIP Academy training service in 2022, in partnership with Accenture, with a solid 1st 12 months - 14 training courses, 1000+ enrolments, 8+ industry partnerships and $400k revenues• Solidifying my position as a Business Influencer in the sector with a weekly average of 4000 followers and 500 profile viewers, 8000 post impressions and 3500+ linked-in connections.
