• Responsible for inspection of all the processes involved in product manufacturing and development, maintenance of product quality assurance with conformity of safety standards and FDA regulation, and final product analysis and regular inspection.• Perform quality assurance check such as CCP checks, GMP monitoring, pre-operational inspection, and conformity of finished products throughout the manufacturing process.• Ensure all the activities within premises must adhere to food safety and HACCP principles.• Collection and analyzing the samples in support of industrial health and safety programs.• Perform Critical Control point checks on metal detector and X-ray machines as required.• Detection of different Allergens on processes as outlined in the HACCP requirements.• Manage sample collection at various stages of production for physical and microbiological laboratory testing.• Assist in conducting routine floor audits of production and maintaining documentation.• Examining and inspecting containers, labels, and products to ensure the packing specification. • Conduct daily verification of CIP (Clean-in-Place) charts and maintain meticulous records of non-compliance and acid wash procedures.• Perform thorough inspections of production and non-production areas, collaborating closely with the night supervisor to address and resolve any operational issues.• Validate and verify completed sanitation requests to maintain cleanliness standards within the facility.• Regularly assess and verify the chemical concentration of CIP washes on a weekly basis to ensure effective sanitation.• Conduct weekly pH testing of CIP water to monitor sanitation levels and compliance.• Coordinate with the sanitation supervisor to address and fulfill special requests as necessary.• Oversee the replacement of pre-operation quality assurance materials to ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold product quality standards.
