From the initial exploration and ideation stage to the technical feasibility evaluation, proof of concept demonstration, prototyping, and product performance evaluation, with a focus on developing emerging and potentially disruptive technologies for Hair Color & Care, aimed at meeting or exceeding the evolving consumer expectations for superior, gentler, more natural, and safer products while enhancing overall convenience. Furthermore, as an Open Innovation Manager, I actively seek out external partnerships and leverage the expertise of external stakeholders, including academia, start-ups, and industry experts.
