Additional role of Managing IT - Reporting directly to the General Manager.- IT project management – Proposing and managing various IT projects. - Vendor management - Managing IT products and services through multiple vendors.- Researching and improving IT requirements by sourcing and selecting vendors.- Managing deliveries of products and services.- Implementing best and cost-effective solutions for the business.System Admin and IT support – Monitoring and resolving server, network, and user related issues.- Active Directory management – User account and access management.- Exchange Server management.- Virtual machine management via Hyper-V.- Preparing instructions and training staff about new implementations and how to use them. - Assisting IT provider with server and hardware changes.- Resolving technical issues experienced by staff on a daily basis.Pronto ERP Admin -- Managing user accounts, inventory processes, manufacturing processes and BOM modules.- Generating data intelligence reports, alert intelligence via event management.- Testing and implementing changes to the ERP procedures.- Training staff regarding relevant processes and resolving doubts.MSSQL, MS Query and Power Query reports -- Generating excel reports from data warehouse relating to Stock and Sales using MSSQL procedures.- Generating Live excel reports using MS Query and Power Query via ODBC to create auto refreshing reports. KeyShot rendering -- Creating realistic 3D images of bathroom products for websites, banners, brochures and for prototyping new products.SolidWorks designing - - Designing various parts, assemblies and drawings for vanities, showers, baths, and tower cabinets to continuously improve products.- Prototyping contemporary designs to exercise innovative ideas and solutions.Vacuum Thermoforming – Setting up moulding procedures on Geiss T8 Thermoforming machine using ABS and Acrylic capped ABS sheets to form shower trays of various configurations.
