Current• Oversaw the interior fit-out of a 175,000 sqft biopharmaceutical facility, transforming an existing warehouse into a state-of-the-art manufacturing hub for monoclonal antibodies and other biological products.• Coordinated project change control, RFIs, and submittals, ensuring smooth project progression and adherence to specifications.• Facilitated and led scope generation and review for various subcontracting trades including site/civil, MEP, clean room construction, architectural finishes, tele-data, and BMS/QBMS.• Conducted contract management and risk management, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and maintain project integrity.• Directly contributed to the construction of key facility components including 4 manufacturing suites, mechanical mezzanine, GMP warehouse, QA/QC lab, central utility building (CUB), and general office areas.• Utilized skills in financial analysis, risk management, lean thinking, public speaking, analytical skills, and project management to drive project success and efficiency.
