Accountable to maintain a programme that complies to the project’s contractual requirements and planning guidelines. Developing Master Programmes starting from Design Stage to Handing over stage considering all trades like Design, Authority Approvals, Infra, Buildings, Landscape, Amenities etc.Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status, and perform measurement baseline. Developing tender and contract programs in consultation with the project team.Review and consent to the Baseline Programs of the Contractors. Ensuring that all programs are robust and aligned with the project execution strategy. Review the EOTs submitted by the Contractors and issue the Engineer’s recommendation to the Client.To identify and record all interfaces with other Consultants and Stakeholders for better coordination, and to minimize the potential for delays caused by, or to, other parties.

- Review Contractor's baseline Programme in line with the Contract and Employer's Requirements - Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise the project team and Employer accordingly- Consolidate project progress status report on a monthly basis, or as necessary- Notify the major stakeholders regarding delays, rate of progress or any other issues which may affect the Project Progress/ time for completion- Prepare and maintain a delay matrix and risk register for a project- Evaluate a Contractor's application for an Extension of Time (EOT) Claim, and provide the necessary recommendation/ determination to the Client- Develop and maintain guidelines, standards, and templates for schedules and progress reports- Report to the Project Team and Client regarding the current work progress and assess planned versus actual progress on a weekly basis- Coordinate, supervise and check the work and deliverables of Contractors Planning Team- Assists with or reviews Contractor's work programme, cash flow and manpower histogram.
