The average targets were set based on the performance of other similar canteens.• Interpreted the pain points of the company in the CSD business and gave recommendations to minimize them.• Presented the findings and recommendations in front of the CEO, Project Guide, and Head HR of the company and received appreciation for business understanding, innovation, and problem-solving ability.
