The Configuration and Compliance Engineer is accountable to the Technical Services Manager and is responsible for the following:• Regulatory Compliance Review and Report - Review AD bi-weekly compliance and report to MRG (all fleets). Carry out regular audits of AD compliance folders. • DDPG/MEL Administration - Fiji Airways and Fiji Link aircraft fleet. Carry out technical evaluation of DDPG/MEL revisions and make appropriate incorporation submission to CAAF.• ETOPS Compliance Review and Report - ETOPS Configuration Compliance (CMP Review) for all fleets. • Reliability Improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement - AMOS Review (All Technical Services Processes). • Monitor Service literature review activity turn-times. • Participate as a member of the Modification Committee and Maintenance Review Group.• To use the total functionality of AMOS as required by the position to manage the role of the TSE Configuration Control.

The primary objective of my role was to perform configuration and monitoring of core network nodes for the Fiji Hub Markets. Under Fiji Hub are the following markets: Fiji, Nauru, Vanuatu, Tonga and Samoa. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:• Manage and maintain all Core nodes related to Fiji and HUB.• Monitoring and handling Core Network NEs alarms and daily issues.• Responsible for escalations of all open issues to related vendor professionals to resolve the issues within the time frame specified in the escalation matrix and SLA document.• Responsible for optimizing all core nodes for Voice and Data prepaid/postpaid services.• Responsible for preparing system engineering documents for the installation and operation of Huawei and Affirmed core and supporting equipment's.• Responsible for Traffic Engineering including forecasting and routing traffic on all interfaces to meet company specified Grades of Service on a routine basis and to support node installations and expansions.• Co-ordination with vendors for fault identification and rectification.
