Responsibilities and Accomplishments:1. Block Level Monitoring and Evaluation of VHSND site/HSC meeting/Annaprasan Diwas. 2. Thirty-eight (38) VHSND site have been observed and suggested recommendations based on gaps identified like availability of ANC table, Hub-cutter, BP-instrument, proper disposal of syringes.3. ASHA Training – (120 ASHA) Program orientation “Anemia Mukt Bharat” at Block-level.4. Coordination and collaboration with government department like ICDS and Health Department. 5. ICDS_CAS (I-IV Phase) Training to 132 Anganwadi Workers at Block level.6. ICDS-CAS application -ensured Household survey coverage 92 percent in placed block (in 4-months).7. Identification and tracking of Weak-Newborn child. – (in last six months, 78 WNB identified against 480 institutional delivery).8. Ensured 78 per cent attendance of Anganwadis using ICDS-CAS Application.9. Counselling of Mothers regarding “Exclusive Breast-feeding”, Kangaroo Mother care (KMC) and neo-natal care. 10. Facility level (PHC/CHC) technical support for quality improvement at block-level. – such quality assessment meeting for identifying infrastructural, equipment and skill gaps.
