Hired & onboarded 45+ resources for running storage operations 24/7.• Implemented the network design, to provide the HVD desktop, and laptops to 400 employees, and managed the operations from day 1 of the cutover.• Developed the core tool which automates allocation and decor on XIO, Pure, HPE 3par, Nimble, etc vendors. • A key member of a migration project from ONTAP 7-Mode to C-Dot environment, 3par to EMC VMAX, EMC VMAX to Netapp over 300+PB of data between storage systems.

I led a team of highly qualified Storage Professionals across India to support Service Build & Service Operations activities for AT&T communication Internal IT across the globe. Managed over 550+ PB of storage space around 45 Data Centers, which include 1300+ Cisco switches, Pure Storage, HP 3par, EMC VMAX, EMC VNX, HDS, NetApp, Isilon, and Solid Fire.I also focused on the data center storage migration strategies and implementation, data center transformation, consolidation, and assessment.
